Buying & Selling your home
This is often the first time people instruct us to deal with legal work. We appreciate that it can be a very stressful time and we will do our utmost to relieve you of many of the worries through timely advice and information.
Selling
Once a buyer has been found we send the contract papers to send to your buyers conveyancer. This will contain the agreement for sale and the documentation supporting your Title to the property and various Information Forms and a Fixtures, Fittings or Contents Form of items to be included or excluded from the sale.
Buying
When you have agreed to buy a property we will receive contract papers from the seller's conveyancers. We will carry out all the necessary title checks, Searches and Enquiries concerning the property and report to you.
Completion
Whether you are buying or selling, agreement has to be reached over the completion date. It is the date you legally complete the sale or purchase of the property and is when you move out of your old or into your new property.
